Responsive customer service

Customer service is available from 9am to 5pm. But is your website down? Then even beyond that. We usually realise this before the customer does, thanks to our advanced monitoring.

24/7 monitoring

The data centre is monitored 24/7. In addition, we have monitoring at server level. Is there a problem? Then we are usually the first to know.

Removal service

No stress when transferring. Give us the details of the old hosting party and we will make sure it is transferred.

Prevention of malware

The websites we manage are continuously monitored by us for hacking attempts and malware. Should anything happen, we solve it free of charge.

We make sure updates to WordPress, plugins and templates are done.
Security updates by return and other updates periodically. We also keep track of which plugins and templates have been abandoned by their creators.

Daily backups

We make daily backups with a retention of at least 15 days. So if something happens you are always safe.
The backups are stored externally, secure location.

DDoS protection

We have good protection against DDoS by using the Imunify 360 Firewall, among others. This blocks bad ip's in advance.

Free SSL

For SSL, Let's Encrypt can be used. This is free to use for any website.

Caching

Our servers are optimised for WordPress. We work with CloudLinux, AccelerateWP and Redis cache. This is standard for every customer.

Scaling up

Is your website running so well that scaling up is necessary? Beyond the standard packages, we offer numerous upgrade options. Sky is the limit.

Dutch data centres

All data is stored on Dutch servers with green power. These servers contain only clients managed by us. There is also a very generous limit with shared hosting of the maximum number of clients we handle. No overcrowded budget servers with us.
