Wat voor jou de beste optie is, hangt af van een aantal factoren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de grootte van je mailbox<\/li>\n<li>het aantal apparaten waarop je e-mail wilt ontvangen<\/li>\n<li>het soort apparaten waarop je e-mail wilt ontvangen<\/li>\n<li>de hoeveelheid mappen in je mailbox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In de meeste gevallen kies je voor <strong>IMAP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Natuurlijk kun je gebruikmaken van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.milcraft.nl\/veelgestelde-vragen\/handleiding-roundcube\/\">Roundcube<\/a>-webmail, maar je kunt ook e-mail instellen in bekende e-mailprogramma\u2019s zoals Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail of de standaard apps op je Mac, iPhone of iPad.<\/p>\n<p>Je hebt hiervoor de volgende gegevens nodig: <em>je gebruikersnaam<\/em> en <em>je wachtwoord<\/em>. Deze ontvang je van ons na de installatie van je diensten.<br \/>\nStandaard krijg je van ons een sterk wachtwoord voor je mailbox. We raden je aan dit te behouden of een vergelijkbaar sterk wachtwoord te kiezen. Je kunt je wachtwoord zelf aanpassen in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.milcraft.nl\/veelgestelde-vragen\/handleiding-roundcube\/\">Roundcube<\/a> via <em>Instellingen &gt; Wachtwoord<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In je e-mailprogramma vul je de volgende instellingen in. Je hebt de keuze tussen beveiligde en onbeveiligde verbindingen. Hieronder zie je de instellingen voor <strong>beveiligde e-mail<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMAP-instellingen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Inkomende mail<\/strong><br \/>\nServer: <strong>hosting<em>[hiernummervandeserver]<\/em>.mooijwerkt.nl<\/strong>, bijvoorbeeld <strong>hosting1.mooijwerkt.nl<\/strong><br \/>\n(Dit staat in je welkomstmail. Weet je dit niet? Bel of mail ons gerust.)<br \/>\nPoort: <strong>993<\/strong><br \/>\nBeveiliging: <em>SSL<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Uitgaande mail<\/strong><br \/>\nServer: <strong>hosting<em>[hiernummervandeserver]<\/em>.mooijwerkt.nl<\/strong>, bijvoorbeeld <strong>hosting1.mooijwerkt.nl<\/strong><br \/>\nPoort: <strong>587<\/strong><br \/>\nBeveiliging: <em>StartTLS of TLS<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vink voor zowel inkomende als uitgaande mail de optie voor wachtwoordverificatie aan.<br \/>\nVul hier je volledige e-mailadres en wachtwoord in.<br \/>\nBij de eerste keer verbinden zal je programma vragen of je het certificaat\/deze server vertrouwt. Je kunt dit gewoon accepteren.<\/p>\n<p>Hoewel de standaard webmail prima werkt, raden we bij intensief gebruik, grote mappenstructuren of grote mailboxen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.milcraft.nl\/microsoft-office\/\">Office 365<\/a> aan.<br \/>\nVoordelen hiervan zijn o.a. 50 GB opslagruimte en naadloze integratie met Office-producten zoals Outlook.<\/p>\n<p>Wil je meer weten over Office 365 of heb je vragen over het instellen van je e-mail?
