Explaining how a new plugin works or solving problems is easiest if it can be seen. Remote assistance is ideal for this.
From this week we can do this too and following the best practices offer on any Windows or iOS machine. Via the SOS page you can download a file and give us temporary access to your computer.
This offers us the opportunity to monitor remotely, explain things or solve problems.
You already have this service €9.95 per year.

Millcraft WordPress Management
This month we also launched a new system for managing the WordPress websites. Our existing security and monitoring tools are also connected to this.
As a Milcraft customer, your WordPress website is now linked to this system. All notifications regarding, among other things, updates and security of the website are received centrally by us.

Our new system is better than the free Wordpress Multisite solution that many other media companies work with.
The major disadvantage of WordPress Multisite is the flexibility for you as a customer with regard to functions, layout and plugins on your website. All websites then run on one WordPress installation.
It is also the case that if you want to leave the provider, the website will have to be extensively overhauled to get it working again with a new party. Unlike WordPress Multisite, a website with us can simply be disconnected without any problems.
This service falls under the Managed WordPress hosting packages.
