- Via the ticket system
There are two links at the top right of the Milcraft website. Via the link “submit ticket” you can create a support ticket. This form is intended to make reports about your product or service, but also to ask questions, request changes and other matters regarding existing products and services. A major advantage of this system is that all tickets and status can be viewed under “my tickets” or in the support environment below your name > My activities.
You will be kept informed about the use of the ticket system at the email address you used. You will receive these emails in your mailbox and you can send them here either by email (you can send an email to support@milcraft.nl) and answers via the support environment.
Once you have created a ticket, the email address exists in the system and you can press “Forgot your password” to set a new password.
You can also log in with your Twitter, Facebook, Google or Microsoft account. When logging in with the social media accounts, it is necessary that this social media account has the same email address has been created.

Would you rather email? Of course that is possible. There is a special email address for support: support@milcraft.nl. A ticket will then automatically be created from your email. You can then simply respond to these emails from your own email program or webmail.
You also have the option to log in to view the ticket statuses, but that is of course not necessary.
