On our servers, we use several caching layers (including AccelerateWP and Redis). As a result, certain changes (especially to widgets, menus or other dynamic components) may not be immediately visible.
Briefly: caching makes your site faster, but can temporarily hide your latest changes. Emptying website cache almost always solves this.
Follow the steps below to make your change visible quickly:

  1. Website emptying
    1. AccelerateWP
In your WordPress dashboard (see image below), go to AccelerateWP → Empty Cache.
    2. Check that the customisation is now visible. Open the page again or reload it.
    3. Object Cache (Redis)
Go to Object Cache (Redis) (see image below) → Empty cache.

Still not working?

  1. Hard refresh in your browser
    Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (macOS).
  2. Empty browser cache
Go to your browser settings → Privacy & security → Clear browsing data → check 'Cached images and files' → click 'Clear data'.
  3. Just wait and see
Sometimes the cache automatically refreshes after 5-10 minutes due to the set TTL (Time To Live).
  4. Check in a private window or other browser
Open an incognito window or switch browsers to exclude local cache.
  5. Get in touch
