For The Natural Hairdresser, we recently launched a completely new webshop on its own domain: denatuurlijkekappershop.nl. The goal was clear: a fast, scalable and conversion-oriented webshop that perfectly matched the natural and high-quality character of the brand.

Additional conversion features have also been added to further optimise the customer journey. Think sticky add-to-cart buttons on product pages, smart order bumps and cross-sell modules, stock and scarcity indicators, a quick side cart with upsell capabilities and dynamic notifications for actions and benefits. All this contributes to a higher average order value and more repeat purchases.
Besides the technology, we also helped think about the webshop's structure, content structure, product presentation and scalability towards future growth and distribution.
